Toronto’s Dustin McGowan, rehabbing from shoulder surgery, threw 30 pitches during a simulated game today. With the loss of Roy Halladay, the Blue Jays are hoping McGowan can make a full recovery.
Analysis:
McGowan has not pitched in a game since early July in 2008. Watch his progress during the spring to see if he is the #5 SP or starts on the DL; he is nothing more than a sleeper for AL-only leagues at this time.
