Joe Nathan returns to Minnesota to get right elbow examined which was operated on October 20,2009. At the time he had bone spurs removed from the elbow. This trip he will be having bot an MRI and a CAT scan.This is obvioulsy bad news for both Nathan and the Twins. If there is a positive sign here it is that he felt soreness after he threw on Saturday and not while he was throwing. You need to watch the next 24-48 hours.
