Paulino Beats Out Moehler

Felipe Paulino has beaten out Brian Moehler for the last spot in Houston’s rotation.

Analysis:

Paulino has much more potential than Moehler so this is a positive move. He shouldn’t be active in mixed leagues until we see some quality starts.
