Romero Tosses Four Shutout InningsRomero had a 1.52 WHIP in 2009 so it again appears that his control is an issue. Toronto will struggle in the AL East this season as they are rebuilding. Romero is a #7 SP in mixed leagues and a #4/5 guy in AL-only leagues.
